Negative: During check-in they said my room was never scheduled. Several different numbers contacted me by text to confirm room and provided information for check-in and follow up if there were any problems, however after trying all of them, only the owners phone number worked. She did everything she could to make sure we got the room. It was a very frustrating 45 min for check-in but so glad she worked it out. The balcony doesn’t overlook the ocean as advertised but if you lean over the railing and look to the side, you might see a tiny bit of water." (8/5)
