Sonnenhaus! 2 Blocks from Beach Access!

Overall, we had a great trip and there were definitely things we loved about this property. We had a group of 9, and the house had plenty of space for everyone. The location was fantastic, with a beautiful beach just nearby, and the recent renovations inside the home were very nicely done. That said, for nearly $2,400 for a 3-night stay, we expected the property to be better maintained. The biggest disappointment was the pool. It was murky for most of our stay because the pump wasn’t working due to a breaker that wouldn’t stay on. There was also bubbling paint on the bottom of the pool, which made it look poorly maintained. We also had ongoing issues with one of the two toilets, which repeatedly stopped working during our stay. With a group of nine people, having only one reliable toilet was inconvenient. Overall, we enjoyed the location, the beach, and the updated interior, but the maintenance issues kept the property from feeling like the premium rental the price suggested.

Great place, only a 5 min walk for the beach! Stocked with so many amenities-noddles, rafts, basketball/volleyball set for the pool, ample number of beach towels, beach toys/chairs/wagon-very helpful to have all of that taken care of! There was a plumbing issue and within an hour of me alerting the rental company, a plumber was there fixing the issue. My family and I will definitely be back!
